Favorite Recipe
Simmer 1 whole organic chicken in just enough water to cover it on low heat for up to 4 hours or until it is falling off the bone. Once cooked, remove all the meat from the bones and set aside. Put bones back into pot with chicken broth and simmer another 2-4 hours to extract more nutrients into the broth. When finished, strain bones out and discard. Add meat back to broth and purree with a blender, stick blender, or food processor. Distribute into containers large enough for 1-2 days of servings and freeze.

Quick Recipe
Add 3-5lbs chicken thighs to cooking pot and cover with bone broth. I use a 3 pack of organic chicken thighs from and 1 box organic chicken bone broth from costco. Other cuts of chicken are fine to use - just make sure to remove any bones if bone in cuts are used - boneless is easiest. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool enough to blend, then blend the meat and broth mixture with blender of choice. Distribute into containers large enough for 1-2 days of servings and freeze. Thaw as needed.

~Flea Control~
